As founder, I combine an extensive cross-functional business background with a genuine love for humankind to deliver transformative consulting and coaching. I am a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) backed by 9+ years of experience in corporate training and business consulting.My strategic approach is rooted in my Psychology degree from the University of Houston-Downtown, where I focused on Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Having managed human resources, marketing, accounting, and sales across nonprofits and corporations, I understand how businesses operate from the inside out. From guiding local Houston entrepreneurs and teachers to training international government officials in Colombia, I dedicated my career to building thriving, people-first organizations.
